Client Responsibilities

- Supply required access credentials in a timely manner.
- Review and approve content, designs, and deliverables promptly.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
As a result, delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Payment Terms for Each Service
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Invoices are due upon receipt.
- Late payments may therefore result in service suspension.
- Deposits and setup fees are also non-refundable.
- Recurring monthly services renew automatically until cancelled in writing.
In addition, failure to make payment may result in termination of services.
Intellectual Property
First, all content, graphics, logos, branding, and materials displayed on this website are the property of SEO Orangeville or its licensors.
Clients, however, retain ownership of materials they provide.
Then, upon full payment, ownership of custom website content and deliverables may transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
